The firm was founded by Mr Loai Shaker Mgharbel, a highly and lawyer and legal consultant with a wealth of experience in the local and international legal domains.

Lawyer Loai Mgharbel commenced his successful legal career at ST.Mary’s University in Texas, USA, where he obtained a Master’s degree in international and comparative Law.

Mr Al Mgharbl honed his skills through his work at leading global law firms, where he gained practical knowledge of legal procedures and enriched his legal and managerial experiences from his peers. These experiences motivated him to establish his law firm and legal consultancy in Saudi Arabia, to set a benchmark for professional legal services and exceptional expertise.
